I would say I'm an expert on healthy living and keeping things very? simple to develop strength, lung capacity, and overall health. The reason I keep it simple is I'm self-taught through being an athlete and trial and error. My core philosophy which I believe will keep hemorrhoids away. I agree with this, my father got cancer but he was a good physical shape, he is a runner, been running all his life, he bounced back really quickly. I have the problem mentioned in the video, it has got worse in recent months and is really making life hell, quality of life has declined big time, a lot of pain and? discomfort, don't know what to. And I think you can see from some of the comments that what I'm sharing is working not because of anything but common sense. I just look for things I can understand and do. For you, regardless of going? to a doctor, eliminate sugar now (even if slowly). Tough for all of us, but it feeds the bad stuff (cancer included). Please help me with my situation. I have GERD. Had it? since I was young. I would have such painful episodes that I visited ER for pain several times. I took all the normal medications for it, Prilosec, Prevacid....etc, some worked, but only for short period of times. If I missed a dose, I had bad pain. One day a dr gave me IMIPRAMINE? I think aloe is great, but diet change is very important. Why not try just plant foods for 3 months and see what happens? But, can't be junk food! And, no fast food! I would do no dairy (or whey) for those three months. If? you do this, post back in 3 months and tell us what happened!
